Mariola Ciszewska
I am an assistant professor of strategic management at Kozminski University. My research interests evolve around the topic of organizational strategy, strategic decision making, adaptive capabilities, and internationalization of SMEs.
I graduated from Management Department at Warsaw University (2001). Since then I was a Ph.D. candidate in management at Kozminski University. In 2005 I defended my Ph.D. dissertation and became an assistant professor of strategic management.
