Kaja Prystupa-Rządca
I am a research and teaching assistant of Management Department at Koźmiński University. Currently, I work on a doctoral thesis which is focused on knowledge management processes in born-global companies. The project is funded by the National Science Center in Poland. Another field of my interest covers aspects of virtuality in workplaces and phenomena induced by spread of ICT technology.
