Agata Dembek
I’m a sociologist, Ph.D. candidate at the University of Warsaw, a qualitative social researcher and evaluator. My current academic interests focus on a role of emotions and affects in late-capitalism culture, particularly in the corporate work organization. I’m preparing my doctoral thesis on the role of soft competencies at work and on HR development programs and trainings as tools of learning these skills.
