Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces

Welcome to the Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces

The Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces (CROW) was established in 2009 at Kozminski University. Our ambition is to create stimulating, creative environment for management and organization scholars interested in workplace studies, especially from CMS (critical management studies) perspective.

Our main focus is on knowledge-intensive industries, open collaboration, virtual communities, professionalization, trust, power and knowledge relations, empowerment, organizational identity, narratives, myths and storytelling.

Since qualitative studies are underrepresented in Polish Academia, it is our aim to revitalize this method and create a strong qualitative research group in this region of Europe.
